Daily disciplined practice rooted in traditional Himalayan methodology

Monthly batches available
About The Training
This Ashtanga Vinyasa course is designed for students who wish to establish a regular, disciplined, and methodical yoga practice, rather than attending occasional classes.
The course emphasizes daily practice, correct alignment, and gradual progression, supporting students in building a stable foundation in Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga through guided instruction and self-practice. Equal importance is given to consistency, technique, and awareness, allowing the practice to develop steadily over time.
Rather than focusing on performance or quick results, this training encourages a sustainable, long-term approach to yoga practice, helping students cultivate discipline, clarity, and confidence that can be carried beyond the course into daily life.
