Many people come to Rishikesh searching for real yoga.
But most classes feel the same: fast, noisy, modern, and without depth.
At Yogamani, drop-ins are not “just classes.”
They are daily sadhana, created for sincere seekers who want:
traditional practice
real pranayama
quiet meditation
grounded teachers
a focused atmosphere
daily discipline
Here, yoga is not performance.
Here, yoga is training of the self — calm, steady, mindful, rooted.
You don’t just “attend a class” at Yogamani.
You grow, practice, and experience real yoga the way seekers have done for centuries in Rishikesh.
Hundreds of sincere students stay in Rishikesh for weeks or months.
They come looking for:
Traditional Hatha
Proper Pranayama
Meditation
Ashtanga practice
Evening restorative sessions
A disciplined environment
But they kept saying:
Ι “We can’t find one place where everything is real, stable, and traditional.”
Many studios were either fitness-based, noisy, crowded, or too commercial.
So we created Yogamani Drop-Ins —
a stable, clean, disciplined home for daily traditional practice.
Rishikesh is full of diamond teachers —
yogis trained in lineages, living disciplined lives, carrying deep wisdom.
But they often remain unseen because they don’t do:
marketing
social media
show-off photos
commercial competition
Yogamani became a platform for these hidden gems.
We invite teachers who:
teach from experience, not ego
focus on breath, not performance
live what they teach
keep sessions simple, clear, traditional
We help them reach sincere students
and grow a real spiritual community.
(not just yoga):
Sound healing
Meditation
Ayurveda
Movement arts
Philosophy
Mantra
Yogic therapy
Anyone who teaches with purity and depth has a home at Yogamani.
Yoga is more than posture practice.
So our drop-in space is open not only to asana teachers, but also to guides in:
Pranayama
Meditation
Sound Healing
Yoga Nidra
Ayurveda basics
Mantra & philosophy
Breathwork
Yoga therapy
Healing arts
Mind–body practices
If a modality is authentic, grounded, and helpful for inner growth, it is welcome at Yogamani.
The purpose of Yogamani drop-in classes is simple:
To give sincere seekers a daily space for true yoga practice.
To give authentic teachers a platform to share their wisdom.
To keep yoga pure, simple, and honest in the middle of a commercial world.
Here, we protect traditional yoga, support real practitioners, and create a community where truth, discipline, and humility come before show.

Our drop-in classes are open to those who wish to practice traditional yoga in a steady, focused environment—without long-term commitment.
You can walk in, but during peak seasons (holidays, weekends) we recommend reserving your spot online or via WhatsApp to ensure availability.
Beginners are best suited to our Hatha/Flow classes with gentle alignment. If you have prior practice or experience, you might try the Vinyasa or Ashtanga-fundamentals sessions. Feel free to ask the teacher which class fits you.
Standard classes run for 60-75 minutes. Some specialty or evening sessions may run up to 90 minutes — please check the schedule.
Yes — if your body is up for it. Your ticket or package remains valid for each class you attend.
No. Yoga is accessible to a wide range of ages and fitness levels. We ask you to listen to your body; our instructors will help you modify as needed.
Inform the teacher before class. We can guide you with modified postures, or recommend a better session type for your condition. If you are very recent surgery or acute injury, please get physician approval first.
We provide basic mats and props, but bringing your own blocks/straps/blanket improves comfort and personal hygiene.
The drop-in fee is 500. Packages (5-class, 10-class, monthly) are available at a discounted rate. Payment is accepted in advance or at check-in.
We update our schedule weekly. In case of teacher absence or holiday, we will publish a notice. We recommend checking in before the session.
Not at all. Flexibility grows with consistent practice. Our classes focus on safe alignment and steady progress, not showy poses.
