Sound Healing Course in Rishikesh

Foundations of sound & vibrational practice

Rishikesh (Tapovan) | Himalayan Retreat Location | Starts 3nd, 10th, 17th and 24rd of every month

About The Training

This 5-day Sound Healing course is designed for participants who wish to explore sound as a meditative and therapeutic practice, rather than as a performance-based or outcome-driven technique.

The course emphasizes listening, vibration, and direct experience, guiding participants to understand how sound influences the body, breath, and inner state. Through guided sessions and reflective practice, participants develop sensitivity, awareness, and a grounded relationship with sound as a tool for regulation and presence.

Rather than focusing on certification or quick methods, the training supports a slow, experiential approach to sound healing, encouraging integration, clarity, and a deeper connection that can be carried beyond the course into personal practice and daily life.
